The French Renaissance-style Georgian Terrace was built in 1911, lines Atlanta's famous Peachtree Street, and is located approximately 15 miles from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. Located across from the Fox Theatre, this historic hotel is within two to six blocks of midtown clubs, restaurants, and museums. Downtown is a mile away. The hotel has a rich history and distinction and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's known worldwide for hosting the premier party of Gone With the Wind in 1939.

Hotel amenities include the rooftop pool and sundeck. The Savoy is located in the hotel lobby and has outdoor dining on the wraparound terrace facing Peachtree Street.
